GlyphRx™ RNA-QR Validation Platform
Neutral molecular adjudication.

We read what a molecule actually does to a living cell.

GlyphRx converts a sample's transcriptomic and supermetabolon response into a reproducible RNA-QR signature — a scannable fingerprint of mechanism, potency and safety signal. Where the debate over novel and contested compounds runs on press releases and anecdote, we return a measurement.

The problem we remove

Contested biology runs on claims, not measurements.

The gap

Strong claims, thin mechanism data, no trusted instrument. Novel and contested compounds are argued over in public and almost never measured in a human cell at the doses in question.

The cost

Good candidates die for lack of evidence. Bad ones keep circulating. Funders, regulators and clinicians can't tell them apart before clinical spend.

GlyphRx returns a dose-resolved RNA-QR signature before clinical spend — so the decision rests on a measurement.
What the platform measures

Six readouts, one signature.

A pharmaceutical and a natural compound enter the same intake, are dosed in the same cell model and are scored on the same scale. The compound's origin never enters the calculation.

Mechanism-of-action readout

Which networks a compound moves in a living cell, read from the transcriptome rather than inferred from a single target.

RNA-QR signature library

Every characterized compound adds a reproducible signature to a growing reference library.

Supermetabolon state mapping

Higher-order groups of co-expressed modules, mapped before and after exposure.

Dose & safety-signal profiling

The same readout across a dose panel, so potency and stress signal are resolved together.

Contested-compound adjudication

A neutral measurement for compounds where the claims are loud and the data are thin.

Candidate triage for pipelines

Rank a library of compounds on one scale before committing clinical spend.

Proof-of-capability case

A maximally contested compound: chlorine dioxide.

Our first case is chosen deliberately. Chlorine dioxide (CDS) sits at the center of one of the loudest disputes in medicine — hailed as a breakthrough by some, dismissed as bleach by others. There are 60+ primary sources of record and essentially zero clean human-cell mechanism data. That gap is exactly what GlyphRx exists to close.

Give us a compound nobody agrees on. We'll tell you, reproducibly, what it does to the cell.
i.
Maximally contested, minimally measured
Polarized claims on every side and no neutral readout between them.
ii.
A perfect discrimination test
If the platform returns an objective, reproducible signature here, it can arbitrate any contested compound that follows.
iii.
We make no therapeutic claim
The value is that the readout discriminates. We sell the measuring instrument, not the molecule.
iv.
A fast, low-cost first run
Inexpensive, widely studied for safety and already in real-world use — a flagship signature while the broader library builds.
GlyphRx is a measurement platform. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Chlorine dioxide is a measurement subject demonstrating the instrument, not an endorsed treatment. Research-stage; not FDA-reviewed.
How an engagement works

From compound to verdict in five steps.

1

Intake

Compound, dose range and the question to be answered.

2

Exposure

Dosed in a human cell model with controls and replicates.

3

Sequence

Transcriptome read before and after exposure.

4

RNA-QR

Signature generated and scored against the reference library.

5
